Area veterans replaced old sidewalk with new bricks Wednesday at a war memorial in Gainesville’s Rock Creek Park. The bricks are inscribed with the names of people who have donated money for improvements to the park’s memorials, including a planned archway. More than 200 inscribed bricks were installed.
