A Braselton mother and her son have been charged with multiple gun and drug charges. Jason Lamar McDaniel, 35, and his mother, Clara Christine McDaniel, 55, were arrested Feb. 8 after Hall County MANS Task Force officers conducted a search, assisted by the Georgia National Guard Counterdrug Task Force at a home in the 5000 block of Old Winder Highway. Both live in the home, Lt. Don Scalia of Hall County Sheriff’s Office MANS Unit said.
