Authorities have determined that the body recovered Monday afternoon from Lake Lanier was that of a Gwinnett County man. Curtis I. Lee, 52, was found submerged in the water at Six Mile Creek Park, according to Epifanio Rodriguez, a spokesman for the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office. Forsyth County Fire firefighters retrieved Lee’s body from just off the bridge at Browns Bridge Road (Hwy. 369) in the park.
