Matthew Joseph Fannelli, 47, was identified as the man found dead Friday in the 1400 block of Lyman Street, according to Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office. Wilbanks said Fannelli previously lived in Flowery Branch but the sheriff’s office believes he was homeless and staying at an abandoned residence next door to where his body was discovered. Foul play is not suspected in the incident.
