A Hall County Solicitor’s Office investigator was instructed to pick up an order of 10 hats at J Geyer Advertising on Washington Street in Gainesville. The hats were embroidered with the number “83,” a reference to Gov. Brian Kemp being the 83rd governor of Georgia.
