A Hall County man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman, who then called 911 from a neighbor’s house about 3:30 p.m. Saturday, according to authorities.
Napoleon Solo Bush, 49, is charged with aggravated sexual battery. He was booked Sunday in to the Hall County Jail, where he remains. Hall County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Stephen Wilbanks said Bush has a parole hold.
According to the Georgia Department of Corrections, he was most recently in the Hall County Correctional Institute for theft by shoplifting.
Attorney Brett Willis did not return a request for comment.
“The investigation revealed that Bush sexually assaulted the victim after (an) argument,” Wilbanks wrote in an email.
The victim was later examined at Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
Wilbanks said Bush had fled before deputies arrived on the scene.
No further details were released by law enforcement.
