A suspect is still at large following an armed robbery in the early morning hours of Thursday.

Both Hall County deputies and Gainesville police responded to Taco Bell, 1409 Browns Bridge Road, around 1 a.m. 

The suspect was not there when officers arrived.

Witnesses said the unidentified man demanded money, keys and “other valuables while he held them at gunpoint,” according to Hall County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Chad Mann. The victims were in their car outside the eatery.

The suspect was described as a white man about 6 feet tall, weighing 150 pounds with brown eyes and blonde hair. He was wearing a ski mask at the time.

Hall investigators are reviewing evidence.
