Authorities intercepted a package containing 9 pounds of “high-grade marijuana” headed to a Habersham County address. The Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office arrested two in an investigation of drugs allegedly shipped from California to Georgia. The street value of the drugs was $43,200.
