Hall County drug enforcement officers arrested two people Thursday charged with manufacturing marijuana in Lula. The Multi Agency Narcotics Squad charged Daniel George Norton, 39, of Lula, with manufacturing marijuana, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute and felony possession of marijuana, according to a news release from Lt. Scott Ware. Lydia Ann Norton, 34, of Lula, was charged with manufacturing marijuana and felony possession of marijuana.
