Gainesville police have charged two Flowery Branch men with burglary for reportedly stealing items from a vacant house.

Brian Wofford, 34, and Terrence Edward Higgins, 52, both of Flowery Branch, were arrested Wednesday without incident at a Flowery Branch home, according to a news release.

The two men are accused of taking fixtures, copper wire and other items Tuesday from a vacant house in the Mundy Mill development, according to the release. Items taken were those that could be taken to salvage yards and sold for money.

The Hall County Sheriff’s office assisted in the arrest of the two men.
