Two Hall County residents have been arrested on drug charges by the Multi Agency Narcotics Squad.

Jennifer Jade Taylor, 32, and Thomas Earl Smith, 41, were charged with possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute. Smith also was charged with use of a communications device to facilitate a drug transaction.

The two were arrested Wednesday in the 3700 Block of Browns Bridge Road in Gainesville during an undercover investigation by MANS and the Hall County Sheriff's Office, MANS Lt. Scott Ware reported.

They were arrested without incident following the delivery of about $2,200 in methamphetamine.

Taylor and Smith were booked at the Hall County Jail.
