Five people from Hoschton were arrested between Wednesday and Friday after authorities said they found 28 marijuana plants. Kelly Rupert, 47, Karyn Rupert, 46, Keegan Rupert, 18, Riley Rupert, 17, and Evan Malone, 27, were arrested on drug-related charges. “The charges stemmed from a lengthy investigation that indicated marijuana was being grown at this Hoschton address,” Jackson County Sheriff Janis Mangum said.
