Miss Katherine Anna Stewart and Mr. Nathan Charles Willis were united in marriage at 11 a.m. Nov. 12, 2011, at Carrigan Farms in Mooresville, N.C. The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Thomas Stewart of Gainesville. The groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Wesley Willis of Adrian, Mich.

The Rev. Tom Hawkes and the Rev. Billy Flippin performed the ceremony. String trio Queen City Ensemble and soloist Mrs. Rebecca Saunders presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father. Bridesmaids were the bride's sister-in-law Mrs. Abigail Stewart of Jacksonville, Fla., bride's cousin Mrs. Dorothy Bryan of Charlotte, N.C., bride's friends Mrs. Molly Huggins of Leavenworth, Kan., Mrs. Melissa Kruger of Charlotte, N.C., Miss Julie Moore of Lookout Mountain, Ga., and Mrs. Anne Scarborough of Columbus, Ga. Junior bridesmaids were the bride's cousins Miss Elizabeth and Miss Jane Murry Bryan both of Charlotte, N.C., and groom's niece Miss Moriah Willis of Canton, Mich. The bride's niece Miss Elisabeth Stewart of Jacksonville, Fla., and bride's cousins Miss Melissa and Miss Ann Randolph Bryan of Charlotte, N.C., were the flower girls.

The groom's brothers Mr. Mark Willis of Canton, Mich., and Mr. Kevin Willis of Chicago, Ill., were the best men. Groomsmen were the groom's friends Mr. Matthew Candler of New Orleans, La., Mr. Grason Hudson, Mr. Drew Peterson, Mr. Stanton Vandenburg, Mr. Craig Lowder all of Charlotte, N.C., and the bride's brother Mr. Benjamin Stewart of Jacksonville, Fla. The junior groomsman was the groom's nephew Mr. Ethan Willis of Canton, Mich. The bride's nephew Master David Stewart of Jacksonville, Fla., and the bride's cousins Master Heyward and Master Robert Bryan of Charlotte, N.C., were the ring bearers.

Mrs. Emily Smith was the wedding coordinator. Mrs. Sarah Illman kept the bride's book.

The bride wore her grandmother's watch and handkerchief.

The groom's parents gave a rehearsal dinner at the Levine Museum of the New South in Charlotte, N.C., on the eve of the wedding.

The bride's parents gave a reception at The Quarry at Carrigan Farms in Moorseville, N.C., following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to Costa Rica, the couple reside in Charlotte, N.C.
