Miss Catherine Elizabeth Mixon and Mr. Brandon Michael Withrow were united in marriage at 6 p.m. Oct. 3, 2010, at Wolf Mountain Vineyards and Winery, Dahlonega. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy and Deborah Mixon of Athens. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael and Kelli Withrow of Gainesville.

The Rev. Tracy Mays performed the ceremony. Guitarist Mr. Caleb Kersh presented a program of wedding music.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father. The bride's sister Mrs. Julie Oxner of Alexandria, Va., was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride's cousins Miss Lauren Stapleton and Miss Miranda Stapleton of Athens. The groom's sister Miss Jayden Withrow of Gainesville was the flower girl.

The groom's father was the best man. Groomsmen were the bride's brother Mr. Phillip Mixon of Athens and the groom's brother Mr. Avery Withrow of Gainesville. The bride's cousin Master Ashton Shields of Bethlehem was the ring bearer.

Mrs. Linda Boegner and Mrs. Lindsey Smith of Wolf Mountain Vineyards and Winery were the wedding coordinators.

The groom's parents gave a rehearsal dinner at The Oar House in Dahlonega on the eve of the wedding.

The bride's parents gave a reception at Wolf Mountain Vineyards and Winery following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to Disney World and a cruise from Miami to Nassau, Bahamas, to St. Martin and St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, the couple resides in Dahlonega.
