Miss Krishnan Angelique Larkin and Mr. Christopher Lansing Brown were united in marriage at 4:30 p.m. Jan. 2, 2010, at Mount Zion Baptist Church in Flowery Branch. The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Rufus Larkin of Flowery Branch. The groom is the son of Mr. Darryl Brown of Travelers Rest, S.C., and Mr. and Mrs. Michael Miller of Spartanburg, S.C.

The Rev. Emerson Ross performed the ceremony.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father. The bride's friends Miss Shellery Cunningham of Charlotte, N.C. and Miss Kristen Holloway of Atlanta were maids of honor. Bridesmaids were the bride's cousins Miss Shemika Lamar of Milledgeville and Miss As'Janay Pitts of Brunswick and the bride's friends Miss Alexis Hill of Atlanta, Miss Jessica Lawrence and Miss Keja Williams both of Charlotte, Miss Nicole Segarra of Spartanburg, Miss Nicole James of Greenville, S.C., and Mrs. Kineta English-White of Stone Mountain. The bride's cousin Miss Kaya Larkin of Milledgeville and the groom's niece Miss Kennedy Brown of Spartanburg, S.C., were the flower girls.

The groom's brother Mr. Rashad Brown of Spartanburag was the best man. Groomsmen were the bride's brother Mr. Khalil Larkin of Flowery Branch, the groom's friends Mr. David Segarra of Spartanburg, Mr. Jaamal Whittington and Mr. Christian Lyles, both of Charlotte, Mr. Lorenzo Singletary and Mr. Anthony Washington, both of Columbia, S.C., and Mr. Cedric June of Atlanta. The bride's cousin Master Matthew Hardee of New York City was the ring bearer. Ushers were Mr. Darryl Curtis and Mr. Tobiasz Hose.

Miss Jan McBee was the wedding coordinator. Miss Natasha Rountree kept the bride's book.

The groom's parents gave a rehearsal dinner at Jim N' Nick's Barbeque in Duluth on the eve of the wedding.

The bride's parents gave a reception at the Gwinnett Center in Duluth following the ceremony.

Following a honeymoon to Orlando, Fla., the couple reside in Spartanburg.
