Jane Hemmer carries several different business cards in her purse. As a noted artist, business owner, farmer and former Hall County commissioner and state senator, it’s easy to understand why she’d need so many cards. While the endeavors may seem far removed from one another, Hemmer said a common thread connects each of her roles.
