Reagan Britt, a seventh-grader at North Hall Middle School, was named the Hall County winner of the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District’s 2014 Water Essay Contest. The contest challenges middle school students to think critically about water and the region’s water resources. This year’s contest focused on the importance of water quality and quantity.
