Riverside Military Academy senior cadet Jacob M. Deem was officially accepted to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. U.S. Congressman Jack Kingston, who represents Georgia’s 1st District, selected Cadet Capt. Deem as his principal nominee, or first choice overall. Each member of Congress may nominate up to 10 candidates from his or her district for consideration to military service academies.
