The Black Mountain College Experience had its opening reception March 6 at the John S. Burd Center on the Brenau University campus in Gainesville. It featured dance, music, painting, drawing and other media by the artists who worked together in the Black Mountain College setting. Brenau University dance and music majors who displayed their talents at the reception were: * Melinda K. Cassiday of Maysville, a freshman majoring in dance studies. * Jenny Grace Ray of Jefferson, a junior majoring in dance studies.
