Vicki Woodard of Dublin, and Terry and Leslie Woodard of Rentz, announce the engagement of their daughter Katherine Leah Woodard to William Lincoln Troutman, son of Dewey J. Troutman of Gainesville and Susan Easterbrooks of Gainesville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Marvin and Joyce Browning and the late James and Wylene Woodard. She is a 2008 graduate of West Laurens High School in Dublin.
