Tony and Tina Campbell Vandiver of Sautee announce the engagement of their daughter Abigail Vandiver to Zackary Loggins, son of Philip and Susan Ansley Loggins of Oakwood. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Jerry and Cheryl Vandiver of Gainesville, and Coy Campbell of Cleveland. She is a 2012 graduate of White County High School in Cleveland.
