Carol Smith of Toccoa announces the engagement of her daughter, Sarah Joy Smith, to Dustin Craig Edmonds, son of Tina and Mark Edmonds, of Shelby, N.C. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Scarlett and Allan Juiffre of Toccoa and Aubrey and Barbara Smith of Demorest. She is a 2013 graduate of Piedmont College in Demorest. She is employed as a circulation assistant at Toccoa-Stephens County Public Library, in Toccoa.
