The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ethel O’Kelley of Gainesville, Howard Sr. and Sara Mize of Oakwood and Edith Mize of Lilburn.

She is a 2005 graduate of West Hall High School in Oakwood. She graduated in 2009 from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega with a bachelor’s degree in business management. She is employed with Northeast Georgia Medical Center in Gainesville.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Nancy Rogers of Buford, Margaret Morrison of Mason, Ohio, and the late James Morrison.

He is a 2003 graduate of North Gwinnett High School in Buford. He is employed as a firefighter/emergency medical technician with the Gwinnett County Fire Department in Buford.

The couple plan to wed April 4, 2010, on the Carnival Cruise in Ft. Lauderdale.
