Charles Sea and Jessica Kemp

Jeanette Sosebee Kemp of Murrayville announces the engagement of her daughter Jessica Erin Kemp to Charles Alexander Sea, son of Daniel and Kathleen Sea of Lilburn. The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Sammy Derrell Kemp.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Lucille Sosebee of Dahlonega, the late Ray Sosebee, Gloria Kemp of Murrayville and the late Sonny Kemp.

She is a 1999 graduate of North Hall High School in Gainesville. She graduated in 2003 from Gainesville State College in Oakwood with an associate degree in sociology. She is employed by Dermatology Associates of Northeast Georgia in Gainesville.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Ralph and Sophie Hibberd of Bolingbrook, Ill., and the late Herman and Marge Sea.

He is a 2000 graduate of Parkview High School in Lilburn. He was an operations specialist in the Navy from 2000-2004. He graduated in 2009 from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega with a bachelor's degree in history and is pursuing a master's degree there.

The couple plan to wed Oct. 3, 2009, at St. Luke Catholic Church in Dahlonega.
