Collen Grizzle of Gainesville announces the engagement of her daughter Allison Patricia Grizzle to Christopher Timothy Honeycutt, son of Stevie and Fay Honeycutt of Flowery Branch.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bill and Eva Dell Hughes of Oakwood and D.L. and Alice Butler of Gainesville.

She is a 2003 graduate of West Hall High School in Oakwood. She graduated in 2005 from Lanier Technical College with a degree in infant toddler care. She is employed as a special education paraprofessional with Friendship Elementary School in Buford.

The groom-elect is the grandson of C.W. and Thelma Pruitt of Lawrenceville, the late Thomas Honeycutt, and the late Carol and Juanita Fowler.

He is a 2002 graduate of West Hall High School in Oakwood. He graduated in 2004 from Lanier Technical College with a degree in auto paint and body. He is employed as a heavy equipment operator with C.S.R. Inc. in Flowery Branch. He is a member of NHRA Drag Racing.

The couple plans to wed May 24, 2008, at Mountain View Baptist Church in Gainesville.
