Mr. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Marshall Jay Mantler of Naples, Fla., the late Mr. John Knight Calhoun Sr. and the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Johnson Gardner. She is a 2004 graduate of The Bolles High School in Jacksonville, Fla. She graduated in 2008 from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Fla., with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and in 2009 she received a master’s degree from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. She is employed as a certified public accountant with Ernst & Young in Tulsa, Okla. The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph A. Jackson, Mrs. Willie Ruth "Bill" Fair, all of Cartersville and the late
Mr. Raymond M. Thacker. The couple plan to wed July 9, 2011, at St. Marks Episcopal Church in Jacksonville, Fla.
