Tiny and Claudine Pittman of Gainesville celebrated their 50th anniversary on Nov. 29, 2008. An anniversary dinner was hosted by their children and grandchildren at Rudolph's Restaurant in Gainesville on the night of their anniversary. A reception given by their family and friends was held Feb. 8, 2009, in their honor at the library in the Quality Inn in Gainesville.
