Bruce and Martha Cain of Flowery Branch celebrated their 60th anniversary on Feb. 7, 2008. A reception held in their honor at Blackshear Place Baptist Church in Flowery Branch was given by their children Ronny and Joan Martin of Flowery Branch and Jimmy and Nancy Cain of Griffin. Family, friends and neighbors helped them celebrate their special occasion.

Bruce spent his career working in the retail grocery/produce business and Martha served as a nurse beginning at Downey Hospital and retiring from Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

The couple have two children, five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
