The Young Irelanders brought their traditional Irish song, music and dance to McEver Arts Academy on Tuesday, March 6, ahead of their Arts Council concert at Brenau University’s Pearce Auditorium on Tuesday night. About 500 McEver students were on hand for the performance at the elementary school by the group, performers hand-picked by the Irish Cultural Academy each year who are like a spokesgroup for the country’s traditional music and dance.
