High school football: Cherokee Bluff runs all over Lumpkin County in 45-14 win

Cherokee Bluff sophomore Jayquan Smith had a season-high 244 rushing yards to lead the Bears to a 45-14 win over Lumpkin County on Friday in Dahlonega. He scored on runs of 56, 61 and 54 yards. 

Cherokee Bluff (2-5, 1-2 Region 7-3A) had 329 yards running. Harrison Carter added a 20-yard scoring run for the Bears. 

On Friday, Cherokee Bluff faces East Hall in Flowery Branch.
