The Gwinnett Braves defeated the Norfolk Tides, 11-9 on Monday night at Coolray Field in Lawrenceville.

Pitcher Scott Proctor earned his fourth win of the season while Craig Kimbrel collected his 20th save for the G-Braves.

Barbaro Canizares and Nate McLouth both hit home runs to lead Gwinnett at the plate. Canizares went 3-for-5 while McLouth went 2-for-4 and had six RBIs.
