Gwinnett Braves outfielder Stefan Gartrell broke out on an 0-for-11 slump with a pair of home runs in a 5-2 win against the Louisville Bats on Monday at Coolray Field in Lawrenceville.

With the win, Gwinnett (54-42) manager Dave Brundage now has 1,000 career wins at the minor league level.

Gartrell gave Gwinnett a 3-1 lead in the third inning with a three-run home run. He added a solo home run in the fifth inning.

G-Braves starter Julio Teheran pitched five innings and didn't allow an earned run to pick up his 10th win of the season. He also went 2 for 2 at the plate, including a double and a run scored.

Gwinnett left fielder Jose Constanza also had two hits. The team also welcomed its 1,000,000 visitor to Coolray Field in the team's third season in Lawrenceville.
