The Triple-A Gwinnett Braves led twice in the game but couldn’t hold on, falling 10-6 to the Durham Bulls on Wednesday in Durham, N.C. The G-Braves led 2-0 after the second, but fell in the third before taking their last lead, 4-3, in the fourth inning. Joey Terdoslavich led the G-Braves on offense, going 3 for 5 with three RBIs, and Alden Carrithers, Tyler Pastornicky, Todd Cunningham and Scott Kazmar each finished the game with two hits. Sean Gilmartin started the game for Gwinnett, allowing five hits, two earned runs and five walks while striking out two over four innings.
