East Hall senior Jasmine Jenkins will compete in the American Family Insurance High School Slam Dunk and 3-point Championship at 8 p.m. March 30 at the Alario Center in New Orleans. Jenkins, who led the Lady Vikings to a region championship and a trip to the second round in the Class AA state playoffs, will compete in the 3-point portion of the event. East Hall is formally presenting her with an honorary jersey at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the high school.
