U.S. Olympic weightlifting qualifier Jenny Arthur, a Chestatee High graduate, will be one of the athletes who is headed for the 2016 Summer Games on hand for ‘A Capitol Fourth’ on the West Lawn of the US Capitol on Monday. The program will air at 8 p.m. on Georgia Public Broadcast. Also scheduled to appear are musical guests Smokey Robinson, Kenny Loggins and Gavin Degraw, among others.
