The Wednesday Dogfight golf group played this week at Chicopee Woods Golf Course.

The team of Gary Mott, Mike Zeigler, Bob Arendt and Jim Arendt won the event.

Mott finished first individually, followed by Zeigler, Mike Tilson and Jim Arendt.

The Chattahoochee Men’s Golf Association played a two best ball, net points game Wednesday at Chattahoochee Golf Course.

First place went to the team of Bill Ingram, Jimmy Johnson and Dick Bachman.

Second place went to the team of David Myers, J. B. Johnston, Paul Payne and John Beem.

Third place went to the team of Bob Henderson, Milton Martin, Bob Layne and Bob Watson. Fourth place went to the team of John Little, Don Wells, Dave Gleason and Glynn Rogers.

Fifth place went to the team of Warren Jahn, Doug Van, John Williams and Greg Taira.

Closest to the pin winners were Johnson (No. 3), Dave Long (No. 5), Joe Kolesar (No. 12) and Paye (No. 17, hole-in-one).

The Luna’s Tuesday golf group played this week at Royal Lakes Golf Course in Flowery Branch.

First place went to the team of Steve Hill, Cleve Brown, Don Smallwood and Robert Kilgore. Second place went to the team of Randy Gordy, Royce Deaton, Gene Cobb and Ken Chahoy.

Third place went to the team of Tom Sexton, Jack Barrett, Johnny Nix and Juan Luna.

Fourth place went to the team of Larry Miller, Tommy Lowery, Jerry Johns and Don Rogers.

Closest to the pin winners were Luna (No. 4, No. 8), Kilgore (No. 14) and Brown (No. 16).
