The Chattahoochee Men’s Golf Association played a three ball points game Thursday at Chattahoochee Golf Course.

First place went to the team of Harry Barnett, Stu Virgin and Jim Hesser. Second place went to the team of Bob Henderson, Larry Cohan, Gary Palmer and John T. Smith. Third place went to the team of Buzz Hansen, Don Wells, Eddie Johnson and Don Graff.

Closest to the pin winners were Denny Momper (No. 3), Greg Taira (No. 5) Rolf Legbrandt (No. 12) and Johnny T. Little (No. 17).

Luna’s Tuesday Golf Group

The Luna’s Tuesday golf group played this week at Chicopee Woods Golf Course.

First place went to the team of Gene Weschler, Tom Sexton, Gene Coob and Don Rogers.

Second place went to the team of Second place went to the team of Bud Chandler, Richard Strickland, Johnny Nix and Doug Van. Third place went to the team of Stan Davidson Jr, Rob Emerson, Tommy Lowery and Johnny Crumley.

Closest to the pin winners were Cobb (School No. 4), Rogers (Village No. 7) and Van (Village No. 7, School No. 8).

Wednesday Dogfight

The Wednesday Dogfight was played this week at Chicopee Woods Golf Course.

First place went to the team of Roger Stapp, Jerry Horton, Tommy Calhoun and Richard Drye.

Horton also finished first individually, followed by Wayne Groebli in second place.
