Lake Lanier is above normal pool at 1,071.86 or .86 feet above full pool of 1,071. The CORP is dropping the lake quickly and the level may have fallen even more by the time you read this report. Lake surface temperatures are around 50 degrees with some warmer water in the backs of the pockets.
