The KipperTool dragon boat team posted a time of 1 minute, 4.69 seconds to win the first Lanier Dragon Boat Racing Series Division A race Saturday on Lake Lanier.

Other teams that won final-round races were St. Michael Archangels (1:15.89, Divison C) and Dragon Our Tails (1:16.10, Division B). Second-place finishes went to Gainesville First United Methodist Peaceful Paddlers (C), Dragon Boat Atlanta Steele Magnolias (B) and Mekong Dragon (A).
