Ana Contreras scored two goals and Moriah Mills scored one for the Knights (4-2, 2-1 Region 7B-AAA) in their 3-1 win over West Forsyth on Tuesday night.

Liz Martinez made eight saves in goal for Johnson, including a penalty kick save.

Kayleigh Durden, Elizabeth Zamora and Joana Madrigal also contributed with solid play for the Knights.

Johnson travels to Lumpkin County at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.

TENNIS

North Hall 4, Flowery Branch 1 (Monday)

Cara Reece and Hayley Crowder each won singles matches for the Trojans (5-0) in their win over Flowery Branch on Monday.

In the doubles matches, the teams of Lauren Bolton/Courney Wiley and Jessica Butts/Rachael Langman each won for North Hall.

Nicki Price was the lone winner for the Falcons, defeating Lauren Hodges in a singles match.

With the win, the Trojans remain undefeated. North Hall plays host to White County at 4 p.m. today.

Flowery Branch travels to Johnson at 4 p.m. Thursday.
