Buford came from behind to defeat Blessed Trinity 14-10 on Friday in Buford.
The Wolves (8-0, 5-0 Region 6-AA) trailed 10-7 late in the fourth quarter with Blessed Trinity driving. The Titans took the ball to the Buford 1-yard line, but got stopped on fourth down. The No. 1 team in the state in Class AA then drove 99 yards for a touchdown to win the game.
The winning drive was capped off by Cody Getz, who got the handoff on fourth down and took it up the middle for 41 yards, giving Buford the lead with 34 seconds left.
