Buford’s Peyton Wolfe picked up her seventh win in the circle of the season, throwing a complete game and allowed five hits in an 8-2 win against defending Class AA state champion Heard County on Saturday at Kennesaw State. Kelsey Bennett had a pair of hits, one of those a solo home run in the fourth inning for the Lady Wolves (12-2), while Kennedy Kotula had a double and drove in three runs. Samantha Thomas and Baylee Sexton each chipped in a pair of hits for Buford.
