Jefferson softball played two games at the Mill Creek Tournament on Saturday, losing both, one each to Oconee County and Collins Hill. Oconee County shut out the Lady Dragons 8-0.

The second game came down to the end. After leading 2-1 for most of the contest, the Lady Dragons lost 3-2, allowing the winning run with two outs in the seventh inning.

Despite the loss, Jefferson pitcher Savannah Snapp pitched a complete game against Collins Hill, allowing just four hits and three runs, none earned.

The team will play at Mill Creek High School again today with games against Apalachee, Archer and Mill Creek.
