Gainesville's second-round playoff series, beginning with a doubleheader against the winner of the Creekview/Lakeside-Dekalb series has been moved to Thursday starting at 4 p.m. at Ivey-Watson field in Gainesville. Game 3 of the Creekview/Lakeside-Dekalb series was pushed back to Tuesday due to weekend rain. Gainesville advanced to the second round of the Class AAAAA state playoffs with a sweep of Hiram in the opening round on Friday.
