The Buford girls basketball team outscored Westminster 36-13 in the first half en route to a 53-32 win Friday night in Buford.
Lacey Pass led the way for the Lady Wolves (17-1, 9-0 Region 6-AA) with 11 points.
Andraya Carter added nine points for Buford and Sheresse Williams had eight.
The Lady Wolves return to action at 7:30 tonight at Wesleyan.
NORTH GEORGIA CHRISTIAN 57, CHEROKEE CHRISTIAN 32
Leading by only one point after the first quarter, the Chargers came alive in the second period, outscoring Cherokee 31-15 over the next two quarters on their way to a win Friday night in Gainesville.
Clay Cox and Zach Pendley led North Georgia Christian with 11 points each.
Taylor Collins and Jake McCardel each added 10 points for the Chargers (19-2).
North Georgia Christian returns to action at 7 p.m. Tuesday when it plays host to Loganville Christian.
