ATLANTA — The Atlanta Falcons have added two potential starters to their secondary by signing safety Dwight Lowery and cornerback Josh Wilson. Lowery has 41 career starts with the Jets and Jaguars. He started three games with Jacksonville in 2013 before sustaining a concussion on the first play at Seattle on Sept. 22.
