A pair of East Hall High girls basketball players have made college commitments for the Class of 2012. Point guard Jasmine Jenkins has committed to Vanderbilt, while forward Morgan Jackson plans to sign with Georgia State. Last year, Jenkins averaged 15.6 points, 7.5 rebounds and almost 4 assists per game.

Jenkins picked Vanderbilt over Georgia, Clemson and Auburn.

Meanwhile, Jackson averaged 12.4 points and 4.5 rebounds per game last season for the Lady Vikings. Before choosing Georgia State, she had visits pending with East Carolina, Mercer and Southern Miss.
