Georgia Tech basketball player Iman Shumpert has been named to the All-Atlantic Coast Conference second team, announced Monday. The 6-foot-5 junior was also named to the conference's all-defensive team.

Shumpert is the first Yellow Jackets' player to make the second team since 2005 and leads the team in scoring (17.5 points per game), rebounding (6.1 per game) and assists (3.5 per game). He will be only the seventh player in ACC history to lead his team in all three categories. He enters the ACC tournament on Thursday having scored in double figures in 15 consecutive games and has scored 20 points or more 11 times this season.

Shumpert also leads the ACC in steals (2.7 per game overall, 2.9 per game in conference play), and ranks eighth in the nation in that category.
