Glen Whitmire (64) finished in first place in this week's Wednesday Dogfight at Chicopee Woods Golf Course. Eli Buffington (65) came in a close second, Tommy Calhoun (66) finished third.

Gayle Gibson, Don Schrum, Mark Black, Darrel Pinner (70) all tied for fourth.

In team results there was a tie for first between Joe Roberts, Tommy Calhoun, Gayle Gibson and Don Shrum.

Tom Bolton, Mark Black, Bob Arendt, Darrel Pinner finishing 18-under par.

CMGA: Doug Van, Denny Momper, Bob Watson and Robert Mallis won first place in the Chattahoochee Men's Golf Association's two-best-ball, aggregated-net-strokes game Wednesday at the Chattahoochee Golf Course.

Joe Kolesar, Harry Barnett, Jim Carroll and Wayne Nelson finished in second.

Buzz Hansen, Carlyle Cox, Dick Bachman and Jere Cochran claimed third.

Roy Bartlett, Ed Pledger and Harmon Smith finished fourth.
Closest to the pin winners were Nelson (No. 3), J.B. Johnston (No. 5), Smith (No. 12) and Pledger (No. 17).
