ATLANTA — The Atlanta Hawks, looking for help at small forward, have signed Cartier Martin, who played with the Washington Wizards the last three seasons. The 6-foot-7 Martin played in 41 games, including three starts, with Washington last season. He averaged 6.6 points and 2.4 rebounds.
